Erin Gillin Merrick

Erin Gillin Merrick '99 M'02 has both a bachelors and master's degree in English from WC; as a student, she played field hockey and lacrosse. After college, Erin taught English, Social Studies and Drama at Notre Dame Prep in Towson; during that time she also co-directed the middle school musical productions, coached middle school lacrosse and became the head coach of the varsity field hockey team. Because of her outstanding involvement at Notre Dame Prep, Erin was awarded with the "Kathleen Kirby Award" for "commitment above and beyond the call of duty to education, children and the Christian philosophy." Currently, Erin is a stay-at-home mom to her daughter, Olivia.
